Welcome to Fruutium. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Fruutium.
Who may use Fruutium
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Fruutium is intended to be set up and supervised by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the profiles and activity of any children they add.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and any parental lock PIN confidential, and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app — for example, by attempting to break or bypass our security rules, disrupt the service, or use it to upload unlawful or infringing content.
In-app rewards
Honey Points and other in-app rewards are part of the game experience only. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be bought with real money.
Paid subscription
Fruutium does not currently have a paid plan. If we introduce one, and you choose to subscribe, checkout and billing will be handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Any paid plan will be prepaid and non-refundable — we do not issue partial-period refunds. You will be able to cancel anytime, as easily as you signed up, from Settings → Manage Billing; canceling stops future charges, and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Educational content — not medical advice
Fruutium provides general nutrition education for learning and fun. It is not medical, dietary, or professional advice. For guidance about your family’s specific health or dietary needs, consult a qualified professional.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your and your family’s information, including children’s data, and forms part of these terms.
Availability and changes
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties, and may change or be unavailable from time to time. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Ending your use
You can stop using Fruutium and delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your family’s profiles and progress.
