  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 tbsp whole almonds, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, cinnamon, and honey in a jar or container.

  2. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight (at least 4 hours).

  3. In the morning, stir again and top with banana slices and chopped almonds.

  4. For young children, chop the almonds finely or omit them to reduce choking risk.
