
Blueberry Oat Pancakes

Ingredients
8 items- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 cup blueberries
- to taste maple syrup, for serving
Instructions
Whisk the flour, oats, and baking powder together in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, and melted butter together.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined; gently fold in the blueberries.
Heat a lightly greased griddle over medium heat and pour 1/4-cup portions of batter for each pancake.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden on both sides.
Serve warm with maple syrup.
