  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • to taste maple syrup, for serving

Instructions

  1. Whisk the flour, oats, and baking powder together in a large bowl.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, and melted butter together.

  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined; gently fold in the blueberries.

  4. Heat a lightly greased griddle over medium heat and pour 1/4-cup portions of batter for each pancake.

  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden on both sides.

  6. Serve warm with maple syrup.
