  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste salt

Instructions

  1. Steam the broccoli florets until tender, then chop into small pieces.

  2. Sprinkle cheese and chopped broccoli over half of each tortilla, season with garlic powder and salt, and fold over.

  3. Melt a little butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook each quesadilla until golden and the cheese has melted, flipping once.

  4. Slice into wedges and serve warm.
