Ingredients

4 items
  • 2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1.5 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free, nut-free granola

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Stir the honey into the yogurt, then spread the mixture evenly over the parchment in a thin, even layer (about 1/4-inch thick).

  3. Scatter the chopped berries and granola evenly over the yogurt.

  4. Freeze for at least 3 hours, or until completely solid.

  5. Break or cut the frozen sheet into bark-sized pieces.

  6. For young children, let the bark sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes to soften and break it into small, thin pieces to reduce choking risk from hard frozen chunks.
