
Turkey Veggie Rice Bowl

Ingredients
9 items- 1 lb ground turkey
- 3 cups jasmine rice, cooked
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 tbsp gluten-free tamari sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Cook the rice according to package directions.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown the ground turkey, breaking it up as it cooks.
Add the broccoli, carrots, snap peas, garlic, and ginger, and stir-fry until the vegetables are crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the tamari sauce and simmer for 2 more minutes.
Serve the turkey and vegetables over the cooked rice.
