  • 3 cups jasmine rice, cooked
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 tbsp gluten-free tamari sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package directions.

  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown the ground turkey, breaking it up as it cooks.

  3. Add the broccoli, carrots, snap peas, garlic, and ginger, and stir-fry until the vegetables are crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.

  4. Stir in the tamari sauce and simmer for 2 more minutes.

  5. Serve the turkey and vegetables over the cooked rice.
